Junior BIM Technician.
This role offers you the opportunity to continue your career with a
leading contractor, who specialise in the provision of mechanical,
electrical, fire protection and technology services to a range of
sectors including commercial, data centre, manufacturing,
infrastructure and healthcare.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
BIM Modelling and creation for both live and tender projects.
Monitor modelling for any clashing and update drawings.
Produce 2D drawings from Revit/CAD files.
3D coordination of Asset Information Model
Produce images for reports using BIM renders.
Liaise with the Project Manager reporting on progress.
Attend meetings with Clients as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
A Higher Certificate (NFQ Level 6) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Higher level qualifications (Level 7 or 8) will also be acceptable.
_EXPERIENCE OF_ working with REVIT and/or AutoCad.
An aptitude for 2D and 3D drawing.
A good understanding of the construction process using concrete,
steel, timber and masonry.
A proactive approach to solving problems with an ability to adapt to
changing scenarios.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent IT skills.
Good knowledge of M&E services and HVAC background.
